6 chicken breast halves
2 T. oil
14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
2 t. soy sauce
1/2 t. minced garlic
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Brown chicken in oil. Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour oven chicken. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
